Under Construction. Estimated to be done early summer. This house is undergoing a full remodel turning it into a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with a detached 2 car garage and a nice corner lot. The exterior will have all new windows, freshly painted, new large concrete driveway, and a cleaned up yard. The interior main floor is getting a new custom kitchen, wall removal to make it an open concept, new bathroom, updated lighting, paint, and new floor coverings. The basement was previously unfinished and will be completely finished with a new bathroom, 4th bedroom, large laundry room and a large storage room off of it.

Upon completion this will be a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house on 2.6 acres with access to geneva lake. The property also has a large detached 2 car garage and a 34 x 90 shed. The exterior of the property will be getting a new roof, windows, doors, paint, small outside entertainment area under a pergola. The interior will have new custom kitchen, new large main floor master suite, newly finished basement, new main floor 1/2 bath. The basement will have the 4th bedroom, full bath, large family room, and a laundry room. Upstairs will be the remaining 2 bedrooms.
